Our Return policy is simple and easy! 

Ultimately we want your shopping experience with us to be not just satisfactory, but outstanding!  We offer a 30 day return window that is without a doubt the best in our industry.  Our competitors can take upwards of 6 weeks to issue a refund.  It is our company policy to issue credit for proper returns/ refunds within 7 business days.  We consider ourselves on the clock once your returned items hits the loading dock! 
We promise to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise.
All KichlerLightingShop.com items are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full price of the item minus our shipping costs. If the purchase was sent with “Free Shipping” the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
The only exception to this are custom-made items, clearance items, open box items, accessories (i.e. bulbs, wire, etc) and installed items are non-returnable unless defective.

Steps to process a return:
1.    Contact Customer Service at [email protected]
2.    Obtain a valid RGA# number from our Customer Service Department.
3.    Have all original packaging (including instructions and parts)
4.    Packaging must not have writing on it or defaced in any way.
5.    You must send back to the correct address provided by our Customer Service Department. 
Please understand that it is your responsibility to insure package contents being returned in the event of damage in shipment.
Any item that are custom made item, clearance items, accessories (i.e. bulbs, switches, wire, etc) and/or installed items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit.
